Tutorial video: 

1. Access Shipping Label Settings

1. Log into eBay Seller Hub

   • Go to ebay.com and click "Hi, [Your Name]!" > "Seller Hub".

2. Navigate to Orders

   • In the left-hand menu, click "Orders" > "Awaiting Shipment".

   • Select the order, click Purchase Shipping Label.

2. Modify Label Size

1. Switch to Advanced Shipping Settings

   • On the label purchase page, locate and click Switch to Advanced Settings (or similar).  Note: The basic view hides critical options; advanced mode is required.

2. Adjust Print Format to 4x6

   • Scroll down to the Print Format section and click Change.

   • Select 4x6 Thermal Label (default is 8.5x11) and

     Confirm by clicking Save.

3. Complete Label Purchase

   • Return to the basic view or proceed in advanced mode.

   • Finish payment as usual. Key Tip: Settings are saved automatically for future labels.

3. Print

• Preview & Finalize Printing

  • Click "Print Label" > "PDF Preview" to check alignment.

  • In the preview window: Click the “Print” button.

Hot tip: 

If you're using an iPhone with Ebay, go to "Save Label" and scroll down—you’ll see the "Print with FlashLabel Pro" option (see screenshot). You can print directly from here, no need to save PDFs or images first.
