1. Log into your Etsy Shop Manager, then press [Settings] in the next window.
2. In the next window, click 'Shipping Settings,' then click 'Shipping Label Options.'
3. Scroll down to find 'Download Preference,' confirm that the print format is set to four by six inches, and save.
