Reason①: Cover is not completely closed
Press the cover firmly to ensure it is completely closed.
Reason②: Poor quality of label paper
The darkness of the label is influenced by the manufacturer; higher-quality labels yield darker prints.
Reason③: Dust or adhesive on the Printhead

Reason④: Margins and paper size
Ensure the label size is correct before printing. If the content exceeds the label dimensions, the printer may shrink it, leading to faded output.
NOTICE: When printing 4 x 6-inch labels, ensure the sample label fills the entire width and height of the label.
Reason⑤: The density and speed of print Follow these steps to set up print density and speed.
For Mac:
Open the desired file and proceed to print.
-> Click "Show Details" -> Select "Printer Features" in "Preview", then you can change the Darkness (0-15)
(Larger number means higher Darkness)
For Win:
-> Go to "Settings" -> "Printers & scanners"
(Right click on "Setting" , choose "Bluetooth & devices", then click on "Printers & scanners")
-> Go to "Page Setup". You can change the Darkness of your printing (Larger number means higher Darkness)
